BIOGRAPHY OF HAROLD FRANKLIN

Harold H. Franklin, Jr. was born in Wichita, KS to Harold and Shirley and he is one of four siblings. The family moved to Seattle, WA and Harold attended Seattle Public Schools and graduated from Ingraham High School in North Seattle. He attended Florida A & M University for one quarter and then transferred to the University of Washington where he obtained his Bachelors of Arts degree in Business Administration as well as his Law degree.

Harold met Annisfay Jackson in July 1981 and accepted Christ in September 1981, Annisfay and Harold were married in November 1982 and they had their first child Marquis on 1983. Another edition was added to their family in 1986, their second
son Michol and in 1991 two more were added their sons Brian and Christopher.
Harold joined Rainier Temple in 1984 and received a call to the minister in 1986 and became the Sunday School Superintendent in 1986 for two years. In 1992, he was the leader of the Prayer Ministry at Mount Calvary Christian Center COGIC. In 1994 he joined Victorious Life Christian Center (VLCC) and was a member of the praise team that put out a music CD in 1998 called Are You Ready. Harold also was a member of the leadership team and a member of the church board at VLCC.

In 2000, Harold joined Emerald City Bible Fellowship (ECBF) and he became a leader of the Discipleship Commission, which developed curriculum for adult classes for the church. In 2006, he was appointed to the Leadership Council at ECBF until starting New Creation Christian Center in 2008.

Harold has been a practicing Attorney since 1991 and he was an Assistant Professor at Northwest College (University) in Kirkland, WA from 1999 to 2006, where he taught undergraduate and graduate courses in Business and Psychology. He was also a member of the School Board at Seattle Christian Schools for two years.

His desire is to see God build a Church, School, Bible College and a Business Development Center that will help people be all they can be in the Body of Christ.

BIOGRAPHY OF ANNISFAY FRANKLIN

Annisfay grew up in the north end of Seattle and graduated from Roosevelt High as one of the top female basketball players and who is still listed as one of the all time greatest High School basketball players in the State of Washington by the Seattle Times. Annisfay, who grew up experiencing the power of God through men and women of God operating in the supernatural, introduced Harold to Jesus. Since then, they have been walking with God preparing for such a time as this.

Church History

Annisfay attended Rainier Temple, Pastored by Harold and Harriett Wood, where she attended for about 7 years. This is the were Annisfay had a lot of wonderful experiences and opportunities to grow in the Lord and was nourished in the Word by a host of seasoned Pastors, Evangelist and Ministers, including Greg and Renee Wood, Delores Kendrick, Robert & Beverly Evans, Felix & Ruth Williams, Don Ross and his wife plus many more. Annisfay played the guitar for the music ministry and a lot of street ministry, and provided music and singing for people at the church’s Food Bank ministry. Later Annisfay and Harold started a young married couples group and became Sunday School Superintendents.

Annisfay was the Music Minister at Victorious Life Christian Center Pastored by Nathaniel and Gail Mullen for 7 years.

Annisfay served in ministry at Emerald City Bible Fellowship, Pastored by Harvey and Andrea Drake, for 7 years.  She was a member of the worship team and was the Music Minister for 2 years prior to starting NCCC.  While attending ECBF, Annisfay was also influenced by Pastor/Prophet David Jones.
